Solar Equipment for DSLR Camera's

Might be a bit of a strange question but i've noticed a number of Solar Bags on the market, are there any that are specific to DSLR Camera's and are suitable to charge the camera?
I am looking for a birthday present and before I purchase a Tamrac or similar I thought I'd ask if anyone knew of anything. Perhaps if there is not a bag as such, are there any of these solar chargers that work?
I need to double check his model, but I think its a Canon rebel if that sounds right :?
Any advice would be gratefully received :)

Hi Nanette

With regards to your question i did a bit of looking about for you and found this:

Personally i don't think the bag looks that great, do you know what camera equipment the person has that you are looking to buy the bag for. The reason i ask, everyone uses different equipment/lenses etc and carry different amounts of equipment. If you can get back to me i will try and find you a suitable solution if not solar powered.

Nanette

I would maybe look at the tamrac or lowpro they are quality bags, not too sure about the bag you are looking about but the idea is good.

I have a tamrac backpack and would recommend them, but as Steven says you really need to see what equipment he uses before anyone can give you advice.

I think the bag looks ok, depends on what he wants to put in it and if he would prefer a backpack or shoulder bag.
