Hi, Could you tell me whether all the window's and openings close on the two man hide, as none of the photos seem to show this, only worried in case it were to rain as the front opening looks quite large ? Thanks.
Welcome to the forum. Im 99.9% sure that that the main front window is like the others, it has a zip up inner window and then a velcro mesh window which can also be taken down. Im currently away this weekend, when i am back i will take another photo for you to help describe the window features.
Hi, thanks for your reply. That would be great to see another photo or 2 of the 2 man hide. Ive looked at other hides and this one looks perfect for my needs, just the question about the windows and then it definetely goes on my to get list. One more question, is there just one chair that fits 2 people or 2 separate or just one chair with room for the other person standing ? Many thanks, Gary.
Sorry for the late reply just got back from Aberdeen, its dark already so wont be able to take the photos today. The chair itself is solid structure i don't believe they can be separated.. Again i will take more photos to better explain this.
Sorry again for the late reply the weather in Ullapool as been very poor so not managed to get all the images you wanted. I was lucky enough to get another shot of the seat, the seat is one seat designed for two people, you can see the legs below.
Regarding the window at the front of the hide, this has been slightly changed from our original design. This window has a velcro closing outer mesh window, then behind that there is a zip/magnetic closing window. This is the smaller window at the front, as the window can be fully oppened to give a much larger spotting area.
Hi Steven,
Thanks for your replys, so to confirm then the front main window zips up and the whole hide then becomes kind of like a tent, ie sealed from the weather ? If you could capture a quick image of this that would be great, the chair image now explains that issue, thanks again, Gary !
Sorry not been my month so far, i caught the flu bug that was going about and have been unable to get out for the last couple of days. Fingers crossed for tommorow.
Sorry for the late reply Gary, as you can imagine with christmas coming around the corner it has been a bit mental. My son had his first birthday party this year and i have not had time to get the photo you need.
The main window closes with a zip, the inner window closes mesh on velcro then the main panel behind that closes with 3 magnetic points instead of zips.
My friend has borrowed the hide for a few weeks work will see if he can take some photos.
Hi Steven, no problem, whenever you have time thats absolutely fine. This time of year is a pretty hectic one so dont forget to put your feet up. I've just uploaded some new pics, will add some Fox and Tawny owl pics soon ! Merry xmas, Gary.
