Do you use filters?

Do any of you's use lens filters for any of your photography?

I always have a uv filter on every lens,mostlly for protection.new filters are a lot less than a replacement lens.I also use circular polarisors, depending on weather/light/altitude, or to add a bit of drama to a sky.

Cheers i have a couple of UV filters but i have to be honest i never bought one since i got the 400mm lens. Think i will have to be looking at a UV and maybe some cokin filters to play around with.
