cheap prints

Having had major problems with my epsom R1800 printer, I decided to look for alternative ways of producing prints at reasonable prices. During some internet searches I came accross DS colour labs, there prices seemed to good to be true but decided to give them a go. I uploaded several photos and waited for there return. There service was excellent I uploaded photos at 0730 friday morning, had email to say that they had received my order at 0740, had anoter email at 0745 to say order was in production and another email at 1530 to say order has been shipped, I recieved photos at 1030 saturday morning. I was impressed with the quality of the prints although they seemed just a tad on the dark side, Next time I think I will just lighten file a touch before uploading. The costs were 65pence for 12" x10" and £1-10 for 18" x 12" I opted for rcorded delivery which was £5-50 33 photos for £27-00. Has any body else tried online printers and if so would be interested in who you used and what you thought of there service.

I found the same with photobox the photo was a bit darker than expected. I dont own a photo printer and not sure if i will as sending away is pretty cheap and good quality.
