Photography Holidays

David mentioned that he is off to Africa on a safari , just wondering if anyone else has been on photography specific holidays? Anyone got any holidays planned for this year or near future? With the house build i can't see me getting away any where this year so would love to see where you's are going or where you's have been.

Looks like our family holiday this year might be in the Isle of Mull, not like am tracking the white tailed sea eagles, honest. :-)

Not 100% but looking at a short break in Scotland and Mull is coming high up the list.

You've got it Steven, I'm in to ww2 history and after some research on line, there appears to be some super locations for pics. Most of the surrounding camp sites are cheap / free. This is where saving private Ryan was filmed, so it should be good. Also, the drive downwould be great as I'd hope to pass through La Rochelle.

Sounds like a very nice road trip. Slightly off topic but you might want to have a look at YouTube - Richard Hammond presents Bloody Omaha (The Graphics) shows you how 3 people created the beach scene

That would be cool not 100% on when we are going i think it would be best once we apply for the building warrant gives us time to relax and think about the house etc.

Can anyone recommend any accommodation on Mull?
