Anyone got any plans for the weekend?

Anyone got any plans for the weekend? The weather here has been pretty poor and i have been snowed under with work. The weather is not looking much better for the weekend,

Friday Thunder Showers
Saturday Snow and sleet
Sunday Snow

Looks like it could be white here next week as there is snow forecast for most of the week. Not really took that many photos of snow so hopefully will try somthing different. I does not normally get that cold as we are in the gulf stream but looking at the temp its going to be -5 to -8.

One good thing if the snow does stay for a couple of days it makes it easer to spot the stags up here as they blend in so well on the hill land.

**UPDATE**

Headed out today thinking the snow might ease in a bit, how wrong was I. I left Ullapool with a slight snow fall and the roads a bit slushy but after leaving Ullapool the temp dropped and the snow started to come down like a blizzard and the road conditions got worse and worse. I got to to the junction and decided to pull over and wait to see if it would go off, nope it just got heavier and heavier, i did however see two stags that had been hit by vehicles at the side of the road (obvious signs are the crows). Looks like i wont be getting any photos today.

Its amazing how going from low to high ground how much of a difference that can make weather wise.

Well after having no success over the weekend due to the weather i got the chance to go out today as i had to take some images of a one man chair hide. I seen a lot of stags but just toooooo far away to get any decent shots. My location put a loch between me and the stags so could not get any closer unless i decided to swim.

I will post my photos a little bit later hopefully i can crop into a couple of them.

Images of the swans uploaded to the gallery.
