Sensor cleaning

Anyone had much experience cleaning their DSLR sensors. There is quite a range of products available so I'd like some recomendations.

Hi Willo

Ive just actually bought a product for cleaning my sensor on the cameras as i have put it off for a long enough. I was a bit unsure about all the different products but after some searching i found the visible dust arctic butterfly looked like a good choice.

I know the feeling and its only going to get worse. I would have sent you mind to borrow willo if you want to cancel your order and see what you think of it before you buy.

cheers Steve it's in the post now. Read various reviews and it always gets a good write-up so I think it will be good to have in my camera bag. Hoping it will be quite useful for dust on the lenses too.

They actually don't recommend you use it for anything apart from the sensor, you can get other heads for it which i might get myself for the lenses.

Eventually my arctic butterfly is coming but I suspect I'll need a little more that that for my sensor. I'm thinking fluid and sensor swabs. Time will tell!!

Is it stuck on mud or chewing gum on the sensor.
