Im glad the RSPB keep stats as they should then be able to go to the local councils and force them to do somthing about it.

Unfortunately .. until the Courts start handing down meaningful sentences (like 5 years for a First Offence) .. instead of Criminal ASBO's, Community Service Orders & laughable fines .. the situation will not improve in the foreseeable future ..

But then .. it's always been easier (and cheaper) to punish Pensioners who cant pay their Poll Tax .. rather than go out & catch the real villains ... :fubar: :swear:

The justice system needs to be looked at not just for wildlife there is no consistency and as you say Kev ASBO's are not helping.
