Possible buzzard?

Took this photo last week when i was in the garden with the camera, the bird in question was just tooo high for me to get a decent photo. I think its a buzzard but cannot be sure.

Its pretty hard to tell it could be a buzzard or a harrier the photos is pretty dark so cannot say for sure.

I would say buzzard .

Hmm now am not too sure it maybe have been a Harrier or Buzzard. :?
Pitty it would not come down a bit lower, it kept disappearing between clouds.

Im not 100% sure but i would say its a common buzzard. What photography equipment were you using struan?
