Red Kite Spotted Contin

On my way back from Aberdeen on the bike i spotted a Red Kite again further north than normal just outside contin. I wish i had my camera but did not have the tail pack on the bike as i picked it up from the garage.

The red kite was hovering over a farm just before Contin, wish they would come a little fruther up north.

Just spotted one at Garve so they are moving further north, thats them from the Black Isle now up at Garve.

I hope they come and visit Orkney

Yeah they are definitely moving futher north, the woman who runs the truck stop says she is seeing a pair on a regular basis.
